Cultivating Supply Chain Leaders Since 2009

RUSCA is an undergraduate student organization dedicated to informing and engaging Rutgers students interested in Supply Chain Management through immersive learning and industry engagement.

From classroom concepts to industry impact

Founded alongside the Rutgers Business School Supply Chain Management program, RUSCA enriches academic learning with corporate spotlights, site visits, externships, and mentorship experiences. Members explore strategies in global sourcing, procurement, risk analysis, logistics, operations, sales planning, demand fulfillment, and continuous improvement—learning something new every time we meet.

As the discipline evolves, we stay on the leading edge with alumni and corporate partners who mentor students, surface internships and co-ops, and spark dialogue on the latest industry trends.

General Interest Meetings (GIM)

Welcome new members, meet the executive board, and learn about committee placements, upcoming programs, and how to get involved from day one. Our bi-weekly GIMs feature skill-building workshops, resume and interview labs, and alumni mentorship sessions designed to prepare members for internships and full-time roles.

Externship Program

Immersive project-based learning that pairs students with corporate partners to solve supply chain challenges and present recommendations. This multi-week program provides hands-on experience with dedicated mentors, real-world problem-solving, and the opportunity to present final recommendations to partner leadership teams.
